Service Description

Revfied provides a platform to display verified revenue metrics from your Stripe account. We offer this service as-is, and functionality may change or be discontinued at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • The accuracy of information you provide

Acceptable Use

You may not:

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Revfied, including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Revfied and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the service to create a competing product or service
  • Extract or scrape data using automated tools

Limitations of Liability

Revfied is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Data loss or inaccuracies
  • Business losses or missed opportunities
  • Third-party actions or service failures

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, revenue data displayed may be subject to delays or discrepancies. You acknowledge that Revfied relies on third-party data sources and cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Revfied at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice or liability.
